OUR SERVICES

We offer a variety of Pilates workout videos suited to different experience levels, including beginners. We also offer live online classes and physical classes both private and group. (Injury Recovery, Scoliosis Pilates, Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Diastasis Recti Recovery).

YEN NEE

If you need someone to inspire you to move, have a chat with her about Pilates and perhaps, you might catch some of her enthusiasm. After experiencing the transformative effects of Pilates due to a severe back injury, she can wholeheartedly vouch for the benefits of practicing Pilates.

Years down the road, Pilates has once again proved to be invaluable when she went through her first pregnancy. Pilates has enabled her to work towards her physical fitness goals after the pregnancy, and also keeps her fit and strong to fully care for her child.

She is STOTT Pilates certified in both matwork and reformer, she is also a Pre and Postnatal Health and Exercise Specialist (The Center for Women’s Fitness).

PEI KHOEK

The history of Pei and Pilates goes way back to year 2007, where she attended her first class. She discovered that regular practice of Pilates significantly improved her posture and body alignment. This eventually led to her certification in both matwork and reformer (STOTT Pilates). As she embarks on her teaching journey, she realized that most clients came with existing pain and injuries.

In order to better assist this group of client, she decided to also add on the STOTT’s Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) course into her repertoire. Apart from qualifications in the fitness arena, Pei is also a certified Healthy Eating Coach under the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) of the United Kingdom, enabling her to help clients achieve their wellness goals holistically.

  • positive review  Indeed pilates is my saviour to bring back active lifestyle into my extremely packed motherhood of three kids below 6 while holding on to a fulltime job as a pharmacist. In the one to one mat pilates session with our cheerful and knowledgeable coach yen nee, she has quickly pointed out the diastasis recti that i am currently facing and quickly modified the exercises to customize them to my condition. I feel more confident carrying out the routines based on the videos on my own. The perks of having short workouts - roughly 20minutes each video- and workouts on demand, im able to do the workout without the pressure of trying to block out a huge chunk of time for it. I can do the workouts in smaller chunks to suit my busy schedules. I can even complete a set of exercise before my friend could finish her breakfast in the morning! The gentle pilates series has helped me loosen up my extremely stiff muscles (due to not doing any exercise for the past 5 years), tight and painful neck and shoulders, backache and upper backache as well as weak gluteal muscles. The pain has also diminished after 2 weeks of workout. I feel more energised throughout the day. Most importantly, im able to cope with the stress i face everyday. I highly recommend the gentle pilates series for newbies. I will definitely continue my workout routine with indeed pilates because their series are well thought of, very well researched and extremely organised. I dont have to worry about missing any particular workout on the muscles in my body, literally! P. S: To all busy mothers out there, please allocate time for self care. Doing pilates is one very good way of spending quality time with ourselves, listening to our own breathing and heartbeat. I wish i have encountered this much earlier. But it is better late than never. 😉

  • positive review  There are a lot of options out there for Pilates but what I like most about Indeed is it’s credibility. For instance the instructors would explain the reasoning behind movements and what those movements aim to achieve. I think it’d also be very beneficial for people with minor injuries because they are aware of how to adapt to that. Keep up the great work! 👍🏼
