There are many factors that could lead to back pain but some of the most common contributing factors are weak glutes and core, stiffness or a lack of mobility of the spine especially the thoracic spine (upper back) and the hip joints. In this series, we will work on the body as a whole but with emphasis on strengthening the glutes and core, as well as improving mobility of the spine and hip joints to help improve our back health.

The first three episodes of this series focuses on the basics and foundations of glutes and core work, as well as spine and hip joints mobility, suitable for beginners. You can repeat these basic works over and over and once you feel ready and stronger, you can move on to the subsequent episodes. The other episodes will build upon the first three episodes, so do check out the first three episodes for better understanding, especially if you are a beginner.
