Gentle Pilates | Premium Contents

Welcome to the Gentle Pilates Series! This Pilates series is designed to be gentle and low-impact, and hence is suitable even for beginners. We will focus a little more on stretching and mobility movements, while still getting some work done! This is great for starting off your day or even after a long day of work to release tension. It is also great for the times when you feel too tired for a full workout, but still wish to move. Ps: Try this series out while playing your favourite chill music in the background 🙂
