This Pilates series is designed to introduce the basics of Pilates such as the Pilates breathing method and the 4 spinal movements. It also includes information on how you can improve your flexibility by practising Pilates, how to incorporate weights and resistance bands into your practice, and how to turn your Pilates workout into a cardio session.
