Postnatal Pilates Series | Premium Contents

This series is designed for postpartum mothers who are at least 8 weeks postpartum and have been given clearance by their doctors to workout.

We will focus on recovering the pelvic floor and deep core muscle function before moving on to strengthening workouts.
