The Quick Standing Workout Series is created for those of you who have a super packed schedule so that you can squeeze in a workout even while you are at work! It is performed fully standing and hence you do not even need a mat. All you need is somewhere to stand and you are ready to go. All workouts here are less than 15 mins long, choose from slow paced mobility episodes to fast paced cardio episodes.
