Did you know that our shoulder joints are the most mobile joint in the body due to a lack of bony attachment? It is only connected to the rest of the body via the collarbone (clavicle)! Due to the great mobility and wide range of movement it offers, unfortunately the shoulder joint also becomes the least stable joint. Strengthening the surrounding muscles is therefore crucial to keep our shoulder joints healthy.
